This review is from: Pair of New Kenwood Kfc-p709ps 6.75" or 6.5" 560 Watts Combined (280 Each) Powerful Two-way Component Car Audio Speakers with Inline Crossover Network (Electronics) I'm running 3prs of these exclusively in my Kia Rio5. The frequency response after break-in is awesome. They sound great amped at 60w/ch RMS and running off the deck's power in front. It takes almost a couple months before they break in and you achieve good bass response. Don't let people steer you off due to publishing their reviews prior to break-in. These speakers don't have any of the harsh mid range frequency peaks common with 3-way or coaxially mounted speakers. These will fit your factory openings and are an excellent upgrade. A hole saw to mount the tweets higher in your door panels is great for a custom sporty look and an open sound field. I'm running three pairs in one vehicle and there aren't many speakers with smooth enough response to do that with. These even sound great with a flat EQ, a true indicator of design quality. You could easily spend more and get less. I just hope they won't be discontinued by the next vehicle I purchase. This review is from: Pair of New Kenwood Kfc-p709ps 6.75" or 6.5" 560 Watts Combined (280 Each) Powerful Two-way Component Car Audio Speakers with Inline Crossover Network (Electronics) This product was exactly as described. I bought these speakers to replace the blown original Infinity door speakers I had in my 2000 Dodge Dakota. There was a slight modification to the existing speaker grill for the tweeter to fit in the new one but after it was done, it looks like original equipment. The installation was fairly straightforward with no surprises. The sound quality is good, considering I wasn't replacing the speakers to gain additional audio quality rather to replace blown speakers. I will say they do sound better than the original speakers, a definite upgrade.
