I wanted to buy a matching set with the 1652s and the 1692s. The back speakers fit fine and sound absolutely amazing. But Amazon said that the front ones would but they were too big in every way. So I'm assuming the front ones would sound as good as the back ones, minus the bass because of the smaller cone. Good speakers, worth the price. But make sure you measure your speaker hole before putting these in. Make sure you run an amp through them. I have the RF punch PBR 300x4 and the 1692s sound great. Edit: Just got the car back from the shop. The 1692s sound amazing. The Amp is really nice also. Rockford is definitely worth the money.

amazing sounding speaker for a coaxial. deff recommend to anyone who likes loud n good sound all at once. doesnt take up much room since its a coaxial which is another benifet

I got these t1652 speakers for Christmas. They are installed in a 2000 Chevy Impala doors. Very minor modifications were needed to make them fit behind factory covers. The system consist of a Kenwood KDC-x995 headunit, RF T400-4 amp, RF t1693s in the rear deck, and the t1652 in the doors. The door speaker x'over is set to 70hz and these things absolutely rock. They are super clear and loud. They handle the 400-4 amp well. Since the x'over is set to 70hz the bass response is limited, but the mids and highs are awesome. These speakers well worth the $$ spent on them, and I would have problem buying them again. If you dont want to put componets in, these are a great alternative.
