Great speaker at a great price. These sound great in my 26' boat. I have two pairs of the 6.5 & 1 pair 7.7 in it, driven by a 75 watts x 4 amp. Quite a few people have wanted to know where I hid the sub, the bass is so tight. The mids & highs are great also, and they maintain good sound even at high volume while under way. Very well built, I expect them to last as well as any high quality marine speaker.

I installed a pair of these with a pair of the MTX 6.5 marine speakers in the cockpit of my 24' cuddy. They sound great being powered by a 4 channel kicker amp. Crisp and clear highs with good sounding lows considering the size of the speaker. Great speakers at an even better price.

The reviews are correct, and I'm glad I read them. These supply enough bass to almost eliminate the need for a separate sub. I replaced 2 pioneer 1640's with these, and was so impressed that it would be a shame not to run two more. With 4 of these off a standard 4x50 watt head unit(Pioneer DEH-1300mp), it's going to be sick.
