Don't get me wrong, these are not going to give you the bass response of a sub. But if you simply can't put a sub in, get these. I was floored. The sound quality is excellent all around. Absolutely superb speakers.

These are great speakers, but if you buy them, you really need an amp. I like to listen to my music loud and I love deep bass and these were the perfect speakers for that, but I could not afford the amp just yet so I blew out one of them, but since they were so clear and great sounding I decided to get another pair. They are worth the money considering in the retail stores in San Diego they run about $189.99.

I have the 6 3/4 TR in my front doors, and the 6x9 TR's in my cargo area in 6x9 wood box's that I bought on Amazon for $30. I have the JL XD400/4 amp pushing them. They sound fantastic, I have the JL 10" powerwedge too. I think that it is the perfect system. The 10" sounds perfect with these speakers and the XD amp.
